1. Why isn't my order shipped?
Generally, once you place an order, you can preview your portrait within 1-2 working days. After you confirm the artwork, we will print the artwork and ship it within 24 hours. Once the product ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can always track the exact location of your shipment on the official website of the carrier.
2. How can I track my order?
Once we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the appropriate delivery information. Afterwards, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
3. I did not receive the tracking confirmation email, How to find it?
Tracking confirmation email will be sent within 12 hours of shipment. Be sure to check your spam/spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.
4. Do you offer refunds?
Products produced by Omgportrait are custom made just for you, therefore we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with the final masterpiece. However, if you have received the wrong product, the size or print is incorrect, or your product has been damaged in transit, we will of course make a replacement without any questions asked. In this case, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
