About Photos

1. Can you check my photo whether it's suitable or not before I place my order?
If you're not sure whether your photos meet our design requirements or not, you can check out our detailed photo guide, which explains in details what type of photo is required. If you are still unsure after reviewing the guide, you can contact us Via and our artist will help you confirm whether your photos are valid or not.
2. how can I get a good-quality photo?
Firstly, please make sure the photo is taken in a well-lit area. Ideally without any filter and in natural lighting. Secondly, try to get a close-up so we can see you or your loved ones' unique features clearly, showing as much of the eyes, nose, ears, mouth, head, neck and chest as possible. Then Make sure the photo is not blurry and no features are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo. Ensure that the color in the photo is not affected by bad lighting.
3. What should the background of my photo look like?
Of course, a simple and clear background is the best. But don't worry if there are a lot of things in the background, they won't affect our skilled designers' work too much.
