How do I make a refund & exchange request?
If you encounter one or more of the problems listed above, please contact us
to refund or reship your order.
In order to resolve your issue faster, we hope that your request should ideally contain the following:
1. Your order number
2. What is the issue with your order? (if it is a product problem, I hope you can provide photo or video evidence)
3. The solution you want us to offer you
Once our support team receives your request, we will process it within 1 business day.
If you want to exchange an item because of the Received items Issue listed above, you need to send us the item you wish to exchange. For items without quality issue, please ensure the returned items are unused and in the original packing.
And once we receive the product you send back to us, we will begin to process a replacement for you within 48 hours.
Shipping costs for returning products to us
Because of the Received items Issue, you need to exchange the product, we will cover the shipping cost of your exchanged items you send back to us.
Address for returning products to us
You need to send the returned product to our warehouse. Please be sure to contact us
prior to return, submit a request for a product return form with the relevant return address. Please do not return your package to any of the addresses indicated on the shipping label and the business address listed on the contact us
page of our website.
Due to the Received items Issue listed above, we are solely responsible for the shipping costs of the shipped products.
1. If you request a refund for an order due to the Received items Issue listed above, we will refund the total value of your order to you in 1 business day. (Excluding the shipping fee.)
2. If you have tipped your order, we will not be able to refund the tip to you.
3. And in principle, we do not support the refund of shipping costs.
