Shipping Policy

Processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.

Generally, once you make an order, you can preview your art within 1-2 business days. After you approve the artwork, we will print the artwork and ship it out within 1 business day. In this way, all orders generally take 3-6 business days to be created and shipped.

1. After our artist design well the pet portrait, we need your approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!

2. If there is an issue with your order that requires us to recreate the artwork, this understandably will extend your processing time.

3. You have 2 days to confirm whether you agree to print your artwork or if it still needs to be re-edited, if 2 days have passed and we don't hear back from you, we will consider it approved and proceed with printing.

Free Standard Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99.

Express Shipping Method: To receive the package ASAP, just select the Express Shipping method.

Free shipping: When your order is over $99, Free shipping is available, and your package will be shipped out with our default shipping methods.

Express shipping: If you selected express shipping at checkout, shipping is calculated by product weight and shipping location, which you will know on the checkout page.
