About Orders

1. Can I cancel my order?
Once we receive your order, our artist will start to design the artwork for you. In this way, if you change your mind and want to cancel the order, you can contact us within 24 hours. If you email us beyond 24 hours, there is possible that we have already done working on your design. And if your artwork has already been created and you cancel the order, we will charge a $10 fee to cover the artwork costs for your order.
2. If I forgot to apply the coupon during checkout, can I get the money back in different ways?
Sorry, we are unable to apply coupon codes to orders after they have been placed. Please ensure to input your coupon code before purchasing in order to receive discounts.
3. Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
After you have checked out your order, an email will be automatically sent to you confirming your order. If you don't see an order confirmation or status update, perhaps you can quickly check your SPAM/JUNK email folder. If you can't find anything on SPAM/JUNK, please contact us so we can find it.
4. If I forgot to log into my account, can I link an order to my account and claim my rewards points?
Unfortunately, we are unable to link placed orders to existing customer accounts after the order has been placed. Alternatively, we may apply bonus points earned on your recent orders to your Omgportrait account. You can contact us about this matter and we will surely issue you the reward points. Please include your order number and your Omgportrait account information with your initial email to us.
